Thoughts onPrincess cuts

I have been reading around the forum and have received some very good insights already. Below are some links to princess stones that I have found. I would appreciate any thoughts and any comments that I should look out for when choosing stones in the future.

Gosh this is a hard one with the information you have so far since these are apparently not in the vendor's stock. In my limited experience princess cuts can be very hard to judge by numbers alone. Just based on what you have I favor the second one because of the better clarity and slightly larger size, but of course it is more expensive. Since they are all from Whiteflash you might call them and see what they would recommend. It would be nice to see an idealscope image and details of the imperfections on the SI2 stones.

Thank you for your response. I have been really tied up and have not had a chance to respond to your post.

After reading much on this board re princess cut stones, I share the sentiment that it is really hard to figure out what the right measurables are for a princess stone.

I will continue to search given your suggestions of the idealscope images.

Yes I agree, its hard to tell when you don''t have any other measurements or the idealscope image.

However if I had to pick one, I am drawn to #2 - only b/c it has a nicer spread and a nice table size (around 70% is a nice balance for me - I like larger tables but you don''t want to go too large to sacrifice the cut), but still a nice depth. It will look slightly larger than the other stones you have selected, so it may be worthy of consideration.

I have tried to take some of the suggestions in this thread and others from the forum and compiled some diamonds that I think look attractive. I apologize that there are so many links but as I am learning there are so many choices that appear attractive. which is why any input and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

any thoughts on the stones I picked above? Not sure if there are things that are inherent in these stones that i should be avoiding?
