Tiffany Schlumberger ring I found second hand - thoughts..??

Hello I found this ring at a local pawn type shop. Tiffany & Co Ring. Rrp $13k approx here in Australia, they're asking $5k. Is this a good buy? Should I negotiate further? Does anyone know about sizing for this ring? Should you go bigger or smaller or stay exactly with finger size? I've attached the valuation provided with it.

I think the price is good as long as you have seen it in person and can see the condition and have compared prices on ebay. Tiffany fine jewelry often sells second hand at 25-40% off retail, so I am always very happy to see below 50% off (if the $13k would be the true Tiffany price). That said, I would always offer less and see what they say. You have nothing to lose. I'd just say it is a little above your budget and would they take less (or a specific amount).

As to size, I would go around a half size larger than what you wear in a thin band ring. Wider bands need a slightly larger size.

I am looking at price comps now.

Hi Diamondseeker! My computer kept telling me it couldnt access the site or had some errot posting my reply. I hope this works.
Thank you for your quick response. This ring is a size 6 and I wear a size 5 on my right hand (I have a silver tiffany band thats size 5). But my engagement finger is size 4.5. I just think a whole size up on my right hand may be pushing it, and it cant be resized.... They dont offer returns either, so its a bit scary. They did say theyd go to $4500, and theyve had it since April.
