Hi ladies! My engagement ring (all naturally mined, main stone: elongated radiant - 9,32mm x 6,12 mm, GIA certified, flanked by two hearts, 128 pavé diamonds on extra pale yellow gold, total carat weight 3.02 ct) is a size 3.25 and it is still with my jeweler because we will not get engaged before the summer. She cannot even fit it over her pinky lol.

I'm so glad you ladies are loving this thread as much as I am. I would say "The tinier the finger, the sooner a decently sized stone can look big", so anything around or above 2 carats can make a fair impact Thank you for playing and keep them beauties coming!

What’s extra pale yellow gold?

I asked my jeweler for it because I don't wear white gold or platinum and don't like mixing, but I also feel like a warm yellow gold can take away from the sparkle. So she told me that there is a gold mix that makes it extra pale and I chose that

Yes, the band is flat, 2mm. I got it on a whim to see if I liked it with my ER but I ended up ordering a thinner baguette eternity band (maybe 1.6mm) to stack with a 1mm spacer. Should arrive sometime next week.
