Trusted online vendors selling Padparadschas

Hi all, I know padparadschas probably get talked about to death, but I'm hoping to find a reasonably priced one from a vendor that is trustworthy and offers proper certs and return policies. I'm looking mostly at wholesale priced stones from Sri Lankan sellers on IG but of course it seems like a bit of a gamble buying straight from IG without hearing some positive reviews.
Also, here are some colors I found, what do you think about them?

True pads are $$$ and hard to find. Most of the ones you see on IG wont come with proper certs and/or wont be true pads. What is your budget? Gemfix is very trustworthy and has a nice selection

I don't mind paying a bit more if it's the right stone, I've seen prices anywhere between $800usd a ct to $12000usd a ct! I think maybe up to $2,600ct if it's a nice big stone? Does that sound reasonable?

I have actually looked at Gemfix but they unfortunately won't ship to my country over $999USD :/

Thanks! So an oval shape and probably up to $2,600ct usd and up to about $6000usd total for a stone if it's very nice. I'm wanting the measurements around 8x6mm (can be a little smaller or larger) as that seems like a decent size, but that would probably be over 1.6ct
