I had one of those "duh huh" moments this weekend when I was twisting blue Akoyas with color-shift lavender fws to go with a periwinkle silk shirt - my neck is too big! Of course when you twist pearls together they reduce in length! So all of these lovely combos will have to wait until I lose lots more weight - if that would even help! Looks like any twistin' I do in the future will have to be with (yet to be purchased!) longer strands. Drat!
ETA - Or maybe one of you more creative pearl lovers have found a way to create/use extenders?????
