Haha! Yes, my dogs are something else. Emma (mother) is such a sweet, docile thing and Charlie (son/puppy) is such a mess . We are anxiously awaiting the day he calms down and doesn't think that Every Second of Every Day should be a celebration of him!

I would love to see the necklace you are going to wear to your wedding next to the earrings. It is going to be a beautiful set. I am also curious what kind of dress you are going to wear. Most people choose white pearls, I love that you are going with tahitians.

I chose Tahitians because I absolutely love color, and I love mixing it up from the usual. The Tahitians seemed like the perfect way to do both

Thank you! Yes, they have beautiful eyes. Charlie's are actually pretty unusual from what I've been told. They started out bright green and now are this amber-green color, depending on the light. He truly is a sweetheart, but he definitely keeps us on our toes too! Emma is just the kind of pup you can curl up on the couch with and rub to your heart's content!

I love the ring, it is so fun and wearable at the same time. The earrings are truly perfect. Both are gorgeous, thanks for sharing!

Thanks Tekate! My dress is made of ivory silk with a lace bodice, off-the-shoulder lace sleeves, and an open back. I've changed it up a bit from how it was designed; it was a floor-length with small train originally but I had them cut off the train and make the front an up-down design to show off my awesome wedding shoes - haha!

I love your ring, the curves with the mixed metals are beautiful. I also love how open the gallery is for easy access to clean. How creative you were to use the extra pieces to create your earrings! Love it! Will mom and son be in your wedding? What a pair of sweethearts!!!!

Thank you!! The pups won't be in the wedding. We live in the US but are getting married in Italy. Plus, Charlie would probably eat up every rose petal and piece of tulle along the way!!

Thank you! They're G/VS1 stones and I believe they're around .15ct each. I know the entire ring is roughly 3/4 carats.

The pearl earrings are lovely!! The double bezel turned out wonderfully - and milgraining the exterior is an interesting touch! I think I've only ever seen "inside-only" milgrain before

For those who asked for combo pearl shots and information on my wedding attire, here you go!

The wedding gown is ivory silk with a lace sweetheart bodice and wide lace straps that extend over my shoulders/upper arms and then attach at my low back, leaving it a mostly exposed back. I had a scarf custom made for the day, using my color scheme and flowers that will be in my bouquet; my plan is to drape this across my low back and threaded through my elbows for the ceremony and then change it up during the reception (as a shawl, a scarf wrap, or whatever I feel like!).



And then of course are the pearls! You know the stats on the earrings already and the necklace is a 16” strand of graduated 10-13.3mm AAA round Tahitian pearls from The Pearl Source. The photos below were taken today in my house, so regular lighting conditions, and you can see how the shades change depending on how the light hits them



Unfortunately I missed UPS today so I’ll have to wait until Monday before I see the custom bracelet/extender I had made

I went through my local jeweler recently to have two pieces made. The first is a gift to myself for completing a grueling one year advanced certification for my career, and the second is the earrings I'll be wearing for my wedding next month.

The ring is patterned after a classic vintage style, but I wanted it with more defined edges and a curvier profile than most have as well as a rose gold underside/shank (platinum top). I also wanted to upgrade the diamonds typically used so there would be tons of sparkle . The earrings were made from two AAA 10mm Tahitian pearls I had removed from the necklace I'll be wearing at the wedding and two .12ct diamonds I had removed from my tennis bracelet to make it the right length. I love when projects come together so easily

I SO love how these came out. I asked them to do a double bezel, milgrain the outer edge, and give me two extenders so that the pearl would drop slightly below my ear for better movement. They're perfect in my opinion
