Tell us your experience with the ultrasonic. It''''s safe or not? With what frequency do you use your machine?

Hey Frenchgirl! There are oodles of threads on this and if you search you will have hours of reading!

I use the sharper image US cleaner every day. While I shower, so do my rings. I use hot water, a drop of dish liquid, and 5 squirts of windex. I do two five minute cycles. Take them out and blast with a hair dryer! Voila!

I actually use the Jewel Jet steam cleaner once a week and I really like it while still feeling like my rings are safe.

I''d say every day, but it winds up being every other day

I''m not worried about the rhodium coming off my studs and I put my pave half eternity in routinely and it''s never had a problem (though people do advise caution with this!)







I soak in hot water for a few min beforehand, really seems to speed the dirt-retrieval process in the US.

I used to use mine about once a week, but after about 3 months of use, it started making my sidestones loose. I had the sidestones tightened and wrote it off as regular ring maintenance, but then it happened again about 6 weeks later, so now I use the same solution (water, windex, dish soap) and use a baby toothbrush instead. I haven''t taken my U/S out in about a year.
