OHHHH, okay. Hm. That''s a good idea. I don''t know why I never thought of that. I have a ton of crap (get this- we moved in together a year ago, and I just got all my stuff out of my parent''s house) that I need to "move on". The problem is that I''m so attached to everything.

I am so lame. Yeah, my BF gets so gripy on long car rides, too. It''s hilarious to watch him try to sit in my Dad''s two-door sports car. He has to fold himself into it. Ya know, I think our first "real" adult trip will be to Vegas when we get married! That''s so sad, but the only other trip we went on was to Reno, NV. And we just sat around and gambled for a few hours. [$$)] To me, it''s a grown-up thing if we fly, is that stupid?

I have a feeling my BF would do it on some non-momentous day, so I''m like, "oooh, IHOP! I love pancakes, wait...what the hell is on my Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity??" and then he gets on one knee (his huge self squatting in one of those mini booths at the pancake house) and puts some sticky ring on my finger...

Either way, I''d love it. I DO love pancakes...

Has anyone seen the new diamond commercial (may be Robbins Brothers)? It has the song ''Under Pressure'' in the background as he''s getting the ring! Like we need more advertisements freakin'' our guys out! They had sale information at the bottom of the ad- so i winked at my guy with a smile and said- SALE!

I saw this commerical last night...except for MI it''s a Zales commerical. Anywho, in the commerical the guy gave his girlfriend ear-rings, however, I have seen it done when the woman gets any type of jewerly including an engagment ring. To me thecommerical was more implying that the guy was feeling pressure to get his girlfirend a good gift, something that she was going to love. Not implying that us girls pressure them into getting us a ring.

Mata- honestly, I''d take the ring even if it was amongst all the crud in his pocket, lint, dog kibble (don''t ask), rubber bands, staples, a whistle (he''s a coach). Did you ever notice that once you are really in the LIW club everything around you seems to be about weddings? I can''t count the number of commercials, t.v. shows, movies, conversations I''ve been around with my guy that have involved proposals, weddings, etc... I just smile and blush a bit and he gives my arm a squeeze- so I think he knows how excited I am about all of it!

I''m sure it won''t be on a raw piece of meat Amber! Since he knows you are on PS and how excited you are, he''ll be planning something romantic for you...

Cari- I did see the RB commercial again (I was painting my toes during the first time) and you are right! It is about the pressure guys feel to make it perfect- and yep, they certainly all seem to go through it.

Oh that WAS a heartwrenching one! I find myself missing SATC all the time- when will they come up with a great show like that one again? Isn''t Satisfaction fun? My fella makes fun of it too, and most everything I watch as it has no guns or heavy plots. Same with t.v.- he''s all about E-Ring (which makes me smile since my idea of ering is TOTALLY different!), Invasion or some alien show like it, Law and Order, etc.. while I''m all Wife Swap, Three Wishes, My Fair Brady, the Biggest Loser and all reruns of Seinfeld, Friends, and SATC.!

b) Yeah, that Aidan plotline always makes me cry in SATC. And I cry at movies sometimes, but I don''t think any other tv show has ever made me cry. And I''ve seen those episodes like 10 times each.
