Upgraded tennis bracelet or first tennis necklace

I’m coming up on a milestone anniversary and would love to have a special piece of jewelry to celebrate the occasion. I currently wear a 4 carat tennis bracelet everyday. I’m thinking of either getting an upgraded tennis bracelet (8 carat) or a dainty tennis necklace (5 carat). I don’t want either one to be too fancy, as I work in a pretty casual environment. Would love thoughts on which piece is more versatile. I see a lot of tennis bracelets worn daily but not tennis necklaces. Does anyone own both pieces and can offer their opinion? Thanks!

Do you wear necklaces often? Curious about how you might style it. Like I could personally imagine wearing a bracelet all the time in many ways but probably wouldn’t wear a necklace as much just given my overall style.

IMHO, it depends which one you would wear more.

I would advise against getting a tennis necklace for it to sit in a box most of the time.

I would upgrade the tennis bracelet, or, get another one so that the two could be worn stacked together for more blingy occasions, or individually one at a time for more casual daily wear.
