Well, I''ve been emailing him since 6/3 to find out if he received my stones back and he has never answered one email. I''m not sure if he got sick, went on vacation, or what. He doesn''t currently have any stones listed for sale, so it does seem he is not currently in functioning mode. However, he did say to send them back and he would refund. So, I''m really not sure if I will hear from him or not.

Pins and needles..I hope you hear from him soon. I know how it is wanting to make sure the stones made it back. Hopefully he was just out on vacation or on an extended leave. I am sure all you need is an email saying he is still there...a little communication goes a long way. I am sorry you didn''t like the stones. from the picutes they looked pretty good but nothing beats in-person. keep us informed on the situation. Was that green tourmaline a "chrome tourmaline" or a "chrome color tourmaline"?

Not really sure. I didn''t look at it for long. I have a small 4.7 mm green tourmaline that blew it away and really did not care for the big table and cutting so I did not study the color too much.

cellentani - I got my refund so he must be back! I hope he confirms he received your stone so he can get it recut for you!

Send him another, or check your other email address where your ebay emails go to. Sometimes he answers back right away, and sometimes. . .

Bingo! Just heard back from him, so I guess everything's okay. I've always had good communication with him - heck, I even called him once, so I was never really worried that he was skipping out. Just worried that something had happened to him.

Why did it take so long to respond to you, did he say? Seems odd.
