Van Cleef Cushions? Anyone know about these?

Van cleef is an extremely established and very high end jeweler. On the same level (or in some cases maybe even above) Harry Winston. They will be very expensive.

You can probably see them in person at your local Neiman Marcus. At least, both the ones near me have Van Cleef & Arpels sections in the jewelry area. Which tells you something right off the bat about the cost.
