Very unique solitaire setting-please help me find supplier

Hello everyone,

This is my first post but I have been doing a lot of reading here and I have learned a lot.

Anyway, I found a very unique engagement ring setting that I think my girlfriend would really like via google images, but the retailer only sells it with a round diamond, whereas she wants a pear shaped diamond.

I am trying to figure out who supplies the setting so I can buy it separately and have a jeweler set it with a pear shaped diamond (about 1 carat). I've already checked bluenile, whiteflash, zales, jared, stuller, and some others online, and have not been able to find anything close.

Does anyone know where I can buy a setting like this?

I haven't settled on a specific stone, but I'm thinking around 1 carat, G, SI-1.
