My ering is off being reset and I realized that I am incapable of going eight weeks without something sparkly on my finger. First I took the gypsy route - stacking as many rings as I could fit on my finger - then I hit eBay. I found a .65 J/SI2 OEC in a retro setting that was a good bargain. Not being a huge fan of the setting with my other rings, I hit the internet again, finding a Victorian rose gold ring on etsy that was just the right size to hold my stone. My jeweler put the whole thing together in record time and now I think they look like they were meant to be together.

Great find, k. I want your marque band. Where did you get that? Is it antique?

Ditto to the marquise band--- that's a real beauty!!

But the OEC setting is really beautiful too!! ANd nice find on that OEC, too, btw!! Hopefully those 8 weeks will pass quicker than you think... ;))

Thanks AnnaH and Enerchi! The marquise band is my wedding ring and is not an antique. I got it from Me & Ro. They have an eternity band version too.

THANKS!! Just had to go and check them out... they have a wider and narrow eternity...

Thanks for that info.... but back to your gorgeous RG OEC --- I adore that etsy setting too. I love the 8 prong look and those are very delicate prongs! Great find!!

A close-up that shows the facet pattern.

I absolutely adore the OEC and the setting! It looks amazing with your stack! :appl:

Wow, that is a beautiful ring!! Such a pretty stone, and the setting is perfect - what a great find! All your rings look so lovely together. I'm glad you have a sparkly to look at while you wait! (makes life just a little better, doesn't it? )

Very sweet set.

Love your OEC. The setting is perfect!

Love the facet pattern on that! (And I am SOOOO jealous of your stacking abilities!)

This is stacking heaven! I love each of those rings and together they are greater than the sum of their parts. :appl:

Love everything about it! Love that you got it on ebay too.

Wowza!!! Hubba hubba! Your rings are gorgeous! The bottom ring is quite different from the rest, is it of special significance? I hope it's ok to ask, I don't mean any offense...

Fabulous pairing!! It looks totally gorgeous!

Impressive stack of rings!

I also have an antique rose gold and oec ring that I adore. I rarely wear it but still haven't been able to bring myself to sell it because everytime I look at it I swoon.

Thanks armywife, junebug, pregcurious, tyty, bastecat, rosebloom, kelly, tuckins and making the grade.

PattyCo - the ring at the bottom is another Victorian piece that I picked up a few years ago. I adore it, but it can't be sized since the inside of the band is engraved ("Lillie") and I don't want to lose that part of the ring's history. That finger is the only one that it will fit on, so I include it in the stack.

It looks gorgeous and Lillie is such a pretty name. Don't you wish the ring could talk and tell you all about itself and who Lillie was?

Warm regards,
Patty

That diamond is really beautiful, what a great find! The setting suites it perfectly. Great stack
