So that platinum ring originally belonged to a very wealthy woman who lives a few towns over from me. I have seen some other pieces of hers and they are amazing. This one is no exception.

Amora Gem Eternity Super Ideal H&A Solitaire 14K : Amora Gem center stone

Staring off with the Ostby:

1. Antique 14k yellow and white gold Ostby Barton solitaire with a 4.3mm x 4.5mm old mine cut brownish pinkish diamond. Sometimes it looks tan, sometimes rosey, it really is a chameleon stone. There is a chip on the girdle and some roughness on the girdle on the other side but the diamond looks very clean to me under a loupe. Measures 5.8mm off the finger, band is 1.3mm wide and weighs 1.6 grams stamped OB 14k on inside of band. Size 8 and sizable. $550

Next up is the platinum old cut diamond ring. Center diamond is an OEC cut 5mm and on the top and bottom are two more old cuts (one looks old mine the other I think is an OEC) at 4mm each. Then there are two old mine cuts on each side at 3mm. Stamped platinum iridium and 5.2 grams. Measures 19.9mm north south, 15.5mm east west, band width 1.8mm and 3.5mm off the finger. The center diamond is loose and will need adjustment although my jewelry said the prongs look good otherwise. There are inclusions under a loupe but on the hand they are not noticeable. I would not wear this without having that diamond taken care of. I was quoted $125 to tighten that diamond. Total carat weight is about 1.18. Size is 6.5 and is sizable-$1295

Next is this set I picked up because the center diamond is interesting. It was sold to me as an asscher but it seems to be a hybrid asscher something else. It measures 4.1mm x 3.8mm. It is mounted on a hexagonal 14k yellow gold band. There is a matching hexagonal wedding band too, the band has a fissure in it but I wore it on my pink around the house and it was very comfortable. The diamond is very clean and faces up white. This would be a great project stone but the set is also just cool. It is a size 5.5 and weighs 4.79 grams total. 5.9mm off the finger band is 2.7mm wide, both rings together are 5.7mm wide. Probably not sizable due to the design-$400

Finally, I have this bow ring, very sweet purchased from another PS’er. The center is an OEC, sold to me as a J, to me it is pretty white. There is an inclusion under the table, I think it’s a crystal, tried to get a good picture of it. On the hand the light reflects off of it, the diamond is otherwise very sparkly, the band has a knife edge, it is stamped 14k. 5.6mm off the finger, 2.2mm band width. Size 8.25 not sure about sizing since the band connects to the bow part. $475

These rings I’ve posted on this thread haven’t been posted on DB yet. I honestly don’t know if I will make posts for them as I really just prefer to sell to PS’ers.
