Unlike a lot of people on here (I think), I really like warm orangey reds, as opposed to pinkier/purplier reds, so this is definitely up my alley. I can taste the oranges... but my favorite blood oranges! Yum.

Thank you for all the nice comments! I used to hate orange too but have also grown fond of it after seeing orange stones on here. I also wanted something orange because I already have a ruby, so I wanted something a little different but that also sort of glowed like a ruby. I think this spinel certainly does that!
