Technically, it has not yet been mailed, but I saw the pictures and I am going to post them here. As everyone does, and then my pictures when the item comes.

The history is as follows. I saw a bracelet on Myheart monster Etsy's site and wanted to set my JXR amethyst into it. The bracelet is ultra-modern, just what I like, a combination of silver and bold lines, but it is also very feminine. We had a long discussion with Chris, where and how to put the stone, and then she decided to make a new bracelet that would merge with the stone in a more organic way. Here is her photo, and I shall post mine when her creation arrives. So no need to post your opinions yet, this is just an "appetizer".

Wow! This is an exquisite piece! Very Pretty! Can't wait to see the finished product!!! Most exciting!!! :appl:

That is visually VERY stunning !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't quite visualize how it sits on the wrist though......

One thing is for sure, you are very brave and creative !!!!!!!!
I feel the need to get braver in my jewelry choices,
I think I am pretty plain-Jane when it comes to setting ideas

If that's the appetiser, I cant wait for the main course  :appl:

Very pretty! I love that color.

What an amazing design! I can't wait to see your photos....don't forget wrist shots! ;)

Wow, very cool bracelet! I look forward to seeing how it sits on your wrist.

That's cool looking Crasru! Looking forward to wrist shots-love to see how it sits on your wrist. How long did it take before you got initial design ideas/sketches? My stone got to her last Wednesday so I'm just curious!

love it!

Very cool! I saw this bracelet on their site. When are you expecting it??

That is so cool. You always have the most unique designs for your jewelry.

Not thanking anyone in person, because it is not my photo yet. All I can say, I love Le Corbusier and this bracelet reminded me of his style.

You know, with Chris, the whole project took a little bit more than a month. It took her much longer to work on my first project, a ring, but it was close to X-mas, many orders, and Chris is a very busy person, so I did not, really, bother. The stone was inexpensive and I knew it would be done sooner or later. With this one, I was more curious, so it did not take much. If you really need your stone sooner, tell Chris. I, in fact, told her the opposite, that I did not mind waiting. Chris is a fine artisan so I did not feel comfortable pushing her.

(Very curious) which stone are you planning to set, Packrat?

Thanks Crasru. Nah, not in a big hurry or anything..the idea is a mix of a few things, so I'm just wondering how it will turn out and excited to see sketches to see if they're like what I see in my head. I sent my round yellow chrysoberyl and it's going in a two tone semi bezel w/a euroshank, shoulders like her turquoise ring and the semi bezel will have the top down and profile view like the maevona that is kind of in the middle w/the little notches.

I am really interested to see how she pulls it all together! I have a feeling that we have come across a very interesting master, with her unique style, versatile, imaginative and passionate about her work. It is always nice to meet someone new and talented on ETSY.

Exquisite! That design is fabulous and I’d love to see wrist shots of that bracelet.

Fun design!

OK here are my photos. It is a great bracelet, although it presents a certain problem for me. My wrists are definitely larger than standard size and I have not warned Chris about it. But I still wear it! It is beautiful.

Second, I never realized that JXR ammy (bought from Amguy and cut by George Ellis) would look so beautiful when bezeled.

Christ has bezeled the stone very nicely. As if the stone wears a dress with side "slits"; very elegant and allows access to light; adds wholesomeness to the project, as if the stone was meant to be there and not added as an afterthought; Chris was very keen on creating organic impression.

OK thank you for viewing.

Thank you, Chris.

Tomorrow morning I shall personally thank everyone who complimented me on my new bracelet.

One more advantage of it, it has a "door stopper", a curl on the side. Well, this curl comes in handy for those who have a habit of inadvertently hitting walls with their long hands. Yesterday I did so and thought, good-bye, my poor quartz! But the door stopper prevented the stone from any damage!

My GOSH that's stunning!

Wow, that bracelet is gorgeous! I love the clean lines of it and the amethyst is so big and beautiful.

That is an incredible work of art! I'm also lost in admiration for your ability to carry that off, since it is a very assertive piece of jewelry. Really, really beautiful!

It's weird, when I first saw the pic in the first post, tbh I thought it looked a bit of a mess! But seeing it on your wrist changed my mind completely, it's very VERY cool indeed! :appl:
