Want to reset 5 carat oval yellow citrine- ideas?

Hello:

I have approx a 5ct yellow oval citrine. It is currently set in a very high white gold mounting, with small diamond sidestones, and it looks more like an engagement ring. I'd like to reset it as a right hand, cocktail-style ring. Any suggestions?

Is it that dark mustardy citrine? I want one so badly. I bet it would look stunning with some deep purple Uraguay amethysts or rhodolite garnets - trillion cut as sidestones

It would be nice to reset it if you have had a good idea on it. Perhaps you can consider to contact Tiffany or other jewelry business which might help you settle done the reset problem. By the way, I love the Oval yellow citrine with small diamonds surrounded. If you do not mind, it is better to have a picture fro us to look at it.
