Hello Everyone,

Its been a while since I posted on here. For those of you htat didnt see my previous thread here is a link...

Bonnie and I have decided to get married in April of this year and in discussing our wedding bands we decided to go back to Hunt Country Jewelers. Ed does such great work! We met with his wife Claire the other night and are really pleased witht he design ideas we came up with. We will be incorporating the rest of the color changing saphires that ChrisA was so kind to send to us. For my ring I will have 3 of them across the top with 2 small blue saphires between them. Bonnie will have 2 small color changers with an ice blue sapphire in the middle. The bands will have a similar look to the band portion of the engagement ring that was designed for Bonnie.

I will post pictures as soon as they are made.

Looking forward to seeing pics, John. Your rings sound very pretty. Congratulations on your engagement.

Congrats on the upcoming wedding and yes, please post pictures of the bands when they are ready.

Congratulations! those bands sound very interesting--- I can't wait to see them! Will you get drawings or CAD's first to post, or is this just "direct to production"?

Neat idea!

Ed is going to do waxes first and let us look at them. If I get pictures of them I will post them. Other wise it may have to wait until they are done.

I'm embarrassed to say that once again I had to go plow through the old thread and pictures to remind myself of your beautiful ER. I love it of course and can't wait to see your bands. Your ER looks like it will look absolutely superb with just about any wedding band. I love the work of Hunt Country. :appl:

Congratulations - April is just around the corner!

I hope to one day have a piece by Hunt Country! I can't wait to see them!

Thank you MB,

I see that ring everyday on my soon to be wife and it never fails to make me smile! Of course I would still smile because I love Bonnie so much! I never thought I would find such a wonderful loving person when I was in my 50s and yet here she is and I am greatful every day that God brought us together!

Ed at Hunt country knew our orignial commision was going to be an Ering and thus he designed it so a band would fit up next to it really well. I cant wait to see what he comes up with for the bands. It was a little outside my budget but we stuck with the same materials and added a couple of stones from thier inventory so it was well worth it! I cant wait to see Bonnies ring as the ice blue sapphire we picked for the center stone is gorgeous!

Well We picked up the rings last night. No hand shots until after saturday when the rings are officially put on our hand! Claire and Ed created 2 more stunning peices of jewelrey. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE RINGS! Here are a couple quick pics from my phone.

Wow, you guys are all ready then! Congratulations on everything! To be honest, they look lovely, but its really hard to tell in the lighting of those pics. But hand shots will be awesome.

I, for one, am truly honored that a few short days before your wedding you have found the time to check in with us here. Wishing you huge blessings, love, health and happiness for your wedding and marriage. :appl:

Minous.

Thank you for the kind wishes. Our biggest concern at the moment is the weather. We are hoping to have the ceremony by the lake. But it may rain enough Friday to make it too soggy. Its ok though we have a backup plan. The other bummer is the honey moon money had to go to the IRS but at least we had it to pay the feds.

More pics to come after the wedding!
