Honestly, I would order the matching band. You will find it difficult to get the right height band, same size stones, etc. I think the wedding band is worth paying for one that works best, and that will be the matching band in this case. That way the same alloy will be used in the metal, etc.

I would either order the matching band or go to a store with MANY options to look at so you can try them on and see how they look. That ring in my opionion is hard to find something that matches and looks good. I would probably get a plain band and then a diamond eternity for a stacked look.

Sarahbear621 & diamondseeker2006 thank you for your thoughts. A wedding band is easier to find. An eternity band is much harder. I already have a right hand ring, so wearing the eternity on the right is not an option.

I am sure that Ritani makes an eternity ring that will go with the e-ring. I am a little uncertain what you mean by wedding and eternity bands, though. Are you wanting one plain band and one diamond eternity? You can get a plain band anywhere. But I'd get the matching diamond eternity from Ritani because it will look better if the stones are set the same way as they are on your engagement ring plus be the right height, etc.

I second what diamond seeker is saying. I think you will try to find something but nothing that works quite as well. I know there have been other who have spent money trying to get something "more resonably" price but then have ended up spending more money to get the ring they really wanted in the first place.

like DS said, if it has to be matching diamond, id go with Ritani, its hard to have something made so similarly, and the slight differences might bother you. You COULD however, not get a matching one. A plain one, maybe bezet, an engraved one, or even maybe a vintage french cut one might be cool too

The wedding band (not necessary) or just an eternity band do not have to match the ER. I would like them/it to look nice with the ER. I wanted to have a 2ct diamond eternity, but I think it would over power my ER. Our 26th anniversary is coming up, and I've always wanted an eternity band. The band that exactly matches the ER is just so so. Thank you all for your thoughts! It is very helpful!

I'll just say that most people here with three stone rings wear either a simple small diamond band or a plain or engraved thin band. A larger diamond band is going to take away from the e-ring. I think that is why we were all pretty much recommending the matching band. But if that is not what you want, I know of no other way than to go try on other bands with it. Another option would be to purchase two matching eternity bands and wear them above & below the ER. Are there other jewelers who offer a similar french set micro pave full eternity band? I appreciate all your comments! Thank you!
