My wonderful auntie made my wedding invites for me...she is a rubber-stamp enthusiast, at first I was like, uhhhh, ok....but after she sent me some samples of things she had done for other people''s weddings I had way more faith in her. I know she purchased card stock at a rubber stamp specialty store, as well as the ink and stamp. She also made my programs with the same ink and colors. If I ever figure out how to use my new, updated digital camera I will post pics for you...it''s amazing to me what can be done with a stamp and a computer! I got so many compliments on my invites and programs I could not believe it. It was her wedding gift to us, but it was worth more than anything I can think of that we received! Good for you for choosing to make your own...feel free to pm me if you are interested in more about the above mentioned methods.

I am going to do my own stationary as well and I THINK I am just going to go through Xpedx. They are paper dealers and have stores nationwide. Their prices are very good and have everything you can imagine AND will cut it done to any size (for a fee of course). I have sample books and I am sure they will send you some for free. The only problem is the design I have in mind now I has one page perferated so it can tear off as the RSVP postcard. I thought about talking to my printer to see if they can do that part for me (I own my own design firm so my contacts come in handy at times like these) If you are not talking about doing complicated invites (like me) I know they sell blank invites everywhere. Michael''s, Target, card stores, everywhere. It just depends what you have in mind. Pm if you would like more info.
