Hi all - so yesterday I sucked. I didn''t do much of anything lol. But I got up this morning, did my walk with 3lb weights, and did plank for 2 mins! I plan to do more sculpting tonight and the weekend means lots more!!
Tomorrow I''ll be hitting up the farmer''s market as well, as it has become a weekly routine. I love the fresh produce and fresh bread mmm.
Tonight I''m cooking a healthy broccoli risotto with raisins, and mashed black beans side for dinner and cupcakes yay! lol.

appletini - good to rotate the workouts, how did you result soreness wise? Any good workouts there? I HAVE to try that pizza next week. Wish me luck lol.
