Weekly Workout Thread--June 19-24

I''ve been working out since I got back from San Diego for my sister''s graduation. And I''ve lost five pounds since then! (Mainly because of the stomach flu; I didn''t eat anything for two days straight.)

But I''ve been doing an average of two miles every time I go to the gym, and I''ve been there three times this week. Hopefully, I''ll be able to keep it up to lose the final five pounds.
 
Yay!!! I wanted to inform you all and thank you so much for th inspiration...I got into the gym on Saturday morning and ran 3 miles!!! It felt amazing and I''m not as sore as I thought I would be. I''m planning on going again tomorrow.

heather i don''t have a scale and i haven''t been at my parents in weeks (they always come over here to see portia) so i haven''t had a chance yet but hopfeully maybe sometime this week.

funny thing is that i can visually see changes in my body but i don''t know if it''s really losing weight or shifting weight or what. my waist is definitely smaller, my little hip love handles are ALMOST GONE...yay!!!

also my arms are getting a little smaller and showing more defined. i always have thinnish legs so i don''t see a whole lot of change there. for me i carry weight heavy in my middle area, a total apple!
