Great thread! Can I join in? I want to lose a bit but more importantly get my fitness up. I have struggled with hip/leg/back pain and weakness last 4 years (since DD was born) as well as limitations in my flexibility and range of movement. I don’t know exactly what the problem is but I am very wonky
