You may remeber that I HAD to get a new setting because I had lost weight. My ring size had gone down more than 2 sizes.

I decided to get a Mark Silverstein ring. The setting is pink diamonds set in rose gold as well as white diamonds set in white gold. Here are the stats on my center stone.

Then center stone is a rectangular radiant
1.98 carats
G Color
SI2
Measurments 8.50X5.95X4.0mm

New ring size 4

Here is a profile shot. It is hard to tell but it has a petite rectangle basket at has pave diamonds on it. I will try to get a side profile shot tomorrow when the sun is out :bigsmile:

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Yes I am LOVING it. This setting really seems to make my center stone look so much larger. And as you can see I get get finger coverage but the ring still looks light and delicate. I have feakishly small child like hands but I love BIG blingy looks.

Mark's workmanship is AMAZING. I love how PINK the pink bands look IRL because of the pink diamonds and the soft rosey gold. :naughty:

I love your reset! It looks amazing in its new home and it really does look a whole lot larger! Great make-over!

EDIT - did he custom make yours? I see he has rings like yours but for rounds with collars? Is yours the normal width
or was it custom made wider to fit your stone?

Tyty333 It is sort of both. He had the ring pictureed but I asked him to make it to accomidate my stone. so the ring was custom made for my stone. I am not sure if it is to much wider than the ring below though. He did custom make the rectangular collar. I also had him do split prongs they are so small and delicate. To me they make the hard edges of the radiant soft and feminine. :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Thanks LMB...I'm considering a reset for next year and just love too many styles. I didnt think I wanted such a wide setting
but yours really speaks to me. I LOVE the pink diamonds!

Purplesilk- Diva, maybe...celeb NOT...SAHM in Utah. The ring is VERY comfortable. The ring is open and tapers down on the underside. At the moment I am wearing it alone. I do have a very small sting type eternity band that I could wear with it but I like the look of it alone. It is new and think it is great all by itself. I wear stack rings on my right hand so for now that works.

The weight loss suggests me the second option...I lost some weight too and I feel sexier...:naughty:

Anyway, I wish I had a ring like yours and I think I'd wear it alone too, no need of a wedding band, your ring screams: "I'm taken!"
