Exactly, it is mind clean with precision cutting and a tight range on each diamond parameter super-ideal.

From $242 per .2ct stone at G/SI to $307 at F/VS.

I was conflicted on G or F for awhile, that’s why I got quotes for both. My wife can’t tell the difference after looking for 10m between a G or H color (Side view) — I’m more color sensitive so I can.

Given the super ideal nature facing up whiter and on the ring, I doubt i’d be able to tell the difference between the F or G — but for the small cost difference I made the plunge to feel mind clean knowing it was “wasted money”.

I agree with you - many combine F/G color diamonds for jewelry pieces. However, you can’t go back for a redo, and you will never regret buying quality in my opinion. VS clarity - even in melee - can make a difference to me so I totally think you made the right call. Can’t wait to see the finished ring!
