Me: omg do you think I’ll get robbed? I figure it looks fake. Plus I’m carrying a $5 tote bag. No one is going to think it’s real.

F1: Nono no one will steal it. It’s going to fall out!

F2: yeah it will fall out! Take it off right now, wear it as a ring and I’ll buy you some Tao Bao jewels for your hair.

F1: She doesn’t wear fake gems though

F2: She’s carrying a $5 bag, why does she need to be picky

There’s a lot of dubious fake hair from AliExpress mixed in that bun so it wouldn’t hold up to a braid
