I love that filigree opal bracelet, catmom!
Thank you Bluegemz! It is a vintage piece I just picked up. The detail work is amazing.

Filigree is just such a mini world in itself because of the detail! I’m glad there is hand made, filigree appreciation amongst others too. The opals are gorgeous too! Great piece!Thank you Bluegemz! It is a vintage piece I just picked up. The detail work is amazing.
I do enjoy the dash of purple! Did you buy the ring as-is, or set the amethyst? How large is that amethyst?

Stunning color on those opals. I love the necklace especially.
It was a pawn shop find. How large is it? I dunno, it's huge, I'd have to take out a tape measure. And congratulations on your engagement!!

Mine is pretty tiny compared to most on this thread and it's in dire need of some repairs but I couldn't resist wearing it today. We are thinking it's some sort of reproduction but nobody knows. We do know its 18k gold. Sorry for my terrible pictures. My S8 just cannot stop giving everything that melty metal look.
That setting is really pretty with the filigree The stone appears to be black is it an onyx or a black diamond? If you don't know the jeweler should be able to tell you whenever you take it in for repairs,

That looks like a red garnet. It's a really pretty ring. Garnets have a lot of history, and were worn by medieval royalty. I think it looks beautiful in the ring
Wow! Those are pretty! I think the donkey with the feet bells is the best lolHere's a whole bunch of ancient rings to look at, including a few garnet rings. Makes you wonder what our rings will look like in a few hundred years!

It’s gorgeous! That’s great finger coverage too. I was wondering why you were wearing a coat in this heat and then I remembered, you are in Australia.
Is that a rubellite? It looks great with the side stones. What size is the beautiful center tourmaline?

Thank you, @elle_71125. I was in San Francisco for a few hours and immediately understood what we were missing in Seattle. The glow of the stones in the sun reveals a tad of fluorescence. We don't have such sun here.I just can't get over this beauty! Drool.
I really love your pieces, Arkteia. They are very substantial with great presence, flair and often rich colours. They remind me a different era where everything was so much richer, cultural and classier.
