Looks promising from the numbers. Have you ask the vendor if it is eye clean? Can you get an idealscope image?

Ditto. Eye clean SI2s are rare and thus contenders need to be evaluated carefully.

Hi Magnolia

Check if the diamond is eyeclean and what the grade making inclusions are ( clouds, feathers and so on). An Idealscope image is essential for this diamond in order to properly evaluate it, can you get an image please if the diamond is being sold online?
