First of all, I want to thank all of you for helping me understand so much more about diamonds as I''ve read your posts for the last few days...

I found this stone on WF today and put a hold on it...I was wondering what you all thought of it...

I believe its HCA is 1.4 and the idealscope looks very good to me...if it passes muster, I''m thinking about having it set in a platinum 3.8 mm WF cathedral setting.

Thanks for any feedback. I really enjoy learning from all of you!

I looked at a B&M store last summer at a stone of about the same size...about 73 points, lower clarity than the vvs2, I think a H or I, with no cert and they had no cut angles...and they wanted over $1000 more for theirs...about $4800...compared to the ACA from WF!

Needless to say...thanks again to everyone on this forum for all your help finding a good quality stone at a better value.

Gorgeous pick!
