What era is this ring?

From what I can tell the small cuts (they appear to be modern round brilliants), and the style I would say the setting itself is mid century.. the diamond looks much older and possibly a reset. Just my 2 cents.

I was thinking a reset too, because the style of the setting and the cut of the center stone don't seem to be from the same point in time.
