What is the largest carat/mm you find comfortable for daily

Size 7 i can wear 10mm oec to 10.5
 
I'm a 5.5ish (5.5-5.75 size) and I think I could do 11.5-13mm in a round on a daily basis. I would love a 13mm for the aesthetic but I think it might get too tall.

If we're talking fancy shapes, like an EC or an oval, I think my ideal would be 13x11 or even 14x12. I love the look of a diamond taking over the finger but in a simple well made tank of a setting.

So basically, depending on the shape I need anywhere from 6-8ct (round/oval) to 9-11ct (emerald).
 
On my ring finger I'm size 6 ish, and my biggest colored stone ring is 8.5mm and that's pushing it for my social comfort level. For diamond I think my sweet spot for a solitaire might be 7.5mm.
 
I rarely wear my largest stone, which is only 8.12 mm. Maybe if I reset it into something as low as possible I'd wear it more. I'm constantly using my hands for things so I prefer my small stones for daily wear.

For daily 24/7 wear (never ever taking it off), very low set 7 mm-ish bezel set. If it is daily but not 24/7 (removed for housework), then I can wear 8 to 10 mm comfortably if prong set very low. For reference, I have a size 4.5 finger.

I have same finger size and what @chrono wrote makesuch sense for le too
 
I'm a finger size 4.5. For me, for daily wear, 3.5 ct is my max for a solitaire. But for a a 3 stone, I could go higher bc the diamonds are spread out more across my finger.

I think I can tolerate a bit larger size stone for daily wear than some folks because I don't sleep or bathe in my jewelry. It goes on in the morning and off before bedtime and off when I'm doing a cleaning-type chore or painting. I don't want to be in any jewelry 24/7 no matter the size stone.

I was a size 8-8.5 before and now I'm a 7. I have always felt like 1.25 carats was a good size for me even with bigger fingers. I wear my EC now all the time and it is 1.20 carats 7x5 roughly and for me, it is perfect, enough to see but not attention-grabbing.

So I think for me I've got bigger fingers so more real estate lol I can wear up to 13mm everyday (but I take off my jewellery when I go to bed etc). I think 15mm is too much lol. But these are for rounds/cushions.. I definitely think I can pull off a larger emerald cut as long as the width isn't more than 13mm. One can only dream.. the only limit is my wallet haha.
 
I’m a 6.75 ring size and very comfortable in a 4.20 ACA. Diameter is 10.4. Truly, I think you can get used to just about anything…..so go big!
 
I’m at 10 mm and I thought that was huge but it’s starting to shrink. Size 8 1/2 finger.
 
Bella is about 10.5mm OEC, but I’d be comfortable wearing a bigger Emerald cut :mrgreen:
