What is the most "durable" style of eternity band?

Hi everyone!

I am wondering what is the safiest setting style for the eternity band, I am scared to loose or cheap the stones? Is the besel style setting the only safe option? I really like U-prong, but not sure how secure stones are in this type of setting.

IMO, I would probably say that channel set is the safest as the stones are more well protected and less exposed.
