Well, it''s coming along. We finalized and received acceptance from all parties on the invite wording.

Moi gets top billing.

We have all agreed on the reception dinner venue, so that''s another one down.

I still don''t have my MOB dress, but that is probably because I am a darn Rational Field Marshall and just need to take time off to drive to L.A.

The MOH was hospitalized last week and we were worried about her health, but I just got an evite for Vegas, and she seemed back to her crazy self.

Thank you so much for asking!! You always make me smile Sharon. I''m very grateful for that.

Deelight and Haven, I am an ENFJ and an NF too!!! How funny. I took that test (the Meyers Briggs) in grad school over 15 years ago. I was getting my masters in psych but had gotten my undergrad degree in general studies/liberal studies and wanted to be a teacher!
I''m an ENFJ as well! I''ve done some pretty extensive studies on my type through my work, and I have to say that it fits me to a T. Interesting that there are several of us on here.

Yayaya, I just took the Meyer-Briggs and was an ENFJ too!! I really like that description more than the Kiersey Rational Field Marshall. Besides, if all of you ENFJ''s are getting married, there is hope me yet!

Now, I just have to finish preparing the response to my "Performance" Review and get to work. Have a great day everyone...have one for me too!!

I''m with Haven--ENFP all the way.

I'm an ENTJ - apparently it's very obvious. I also like working with other ENTJs, my last 3 bosses were.

I was sent on a political leadership course where we were divided by Myer Briggs rather than political parties. It was incredible how different groups had different ways of doing things.

FI is INTJ

So, a Mastermind and a Field Marshall ...

Miracles, do ENFJ''s have trouble getting married?

I''m an idealist. No big shock there! I''m always trying to get people to make their dreams come true.

I don''t have money to pay for the full results of the test, but about 15 years ago when I was in high school, I was an INFP. I took a similar test online a few years ago and was an ENFP. So, either I came out of my shell, or I hover somewhere between being introverted and extroverted (which I think is probably true).

I''m an idealist. The description is very accurate for me.

those results are scaled so that they are fairly consistent each time you take them. Similar items are asked in different ways so that your answers lead to the same conclusion. Of course if many years pass, you can change certain elements of yourself and come out with slightly different answers, but still, I think that overall those measures work more consistently over time as long as you stay somewhat consistent.

I''m an idealist too! "the very soul of kindness" Woohoo!
I''m surprised it''s 15-20% of the population! It seems like at least half the people that have taken it here on PS are idealists!

A couples years ago I took the test with a career counselor and was an ENFP (now I am INFP). I also feel I hover between the the I and E. I love being around people (E) but am shy and not the one to initiate conversation (I)- but look out once I get started (E) yet also love my alone time (I).

Aye, I''m a bit like that, where I love my alone time but also love being with people. I''m fully aware that it totally depends on the mood I''m in when I take the quiz (which I think is sort of what you were getting at, diamondfan?), whether I''ll show up as an I or an E. The rest of them are pretty solid, but that one fluctuates consistently. I also am a lot more outgoing now than I was in high school, so there''s that aspect as well, but yeah, I think I do tend to sit on the I/E fence.

So, a Mastermind and a Field Marshall ...

From my friend who first made me do this test said most happy couples have similar letter personalities with one or two letters difference :) you tend to get along as your essentially compliments of each other I still have to test BF to see if this relates to us but I would not be surprised if he was an I to my E :P. I am the more talkative and out going one in the relationship,

You will also find in life if your an E many of your close friends will be I''s as they are drawn to your extroverted nature and thrive off it the only times another friend will be an E is if they are MORE extroverted then you and thus your drawn to their energy, I think that made sense. Funny thing is until I took this test originally I never actually stopped to think that most of my friends are quite introverted.

Miracles, do ENFJ''s have trouble getting married?

Well, I don''t think ENFJ''s do, but on the Keirsey test, when you are a Rational Field Marsall, apparently the skills that make you so successful at work, aren''t likely to win any point in the romance department. That''s why I liked my result on the Meyer-Briggs test better. But I have to say there is something to the whole rational directive component of the Rational Field Marshall that people perceive as bossy and intimidating. It takes a certain kind of mate to bring out that type of person''s sentimental side. The problem with the Field Marshal is that one works so tirelessly to bring about their goals that they forget about the other aspects of their lives. That is definately my pattern. I just never date. Heck, I still have a half renovated home without my master bath because I am so busy working I just don''t have time to get it done. And honestly, I love being with children so much, that I usually prefer spending Saturday nights babysitting for friends, than being out a date with some dumbarse...

Oh, well, if it happens it happens. If not, I can live with that too.

I am an ENFJ but do not recall reading all the stuff on the site about them...

So, all you other ENFJ''s - what kind of work are you in, and do you like it? I''ve done some studying on this topic, and I firmly believe I''m in the wrong position for my personality type - I don''t enjoy it at all! I just can''t seem to find the right one.

Yay!

Anther interesting coincidence--I started an "Arg . . . I''m a pirate" student organization in college. We had no real reason or agenda for starting it, other than we thought a club by that name would attract interesting people (and it did) and registered student orgs got free Coca Cola products. YAY pirates!

Hahahahha, OMG, Haven, I love you. That''s awesome.

Wow, that test couldn''t have been more wrong about me. Like, totally. Apparently, I''m someone who always likes to follow the rules and respect authority, I don''t question things, keep my head down and work hard.

Hahahaaaa! Tell that to my high school principal. Of course, I do work hard, but that''s the only thing in the ENTIRE description that''s even remotely related to anything anyone who knows me would recognize.

Maybe I''m just a weirdo! Often, I have no preference between the two statements, so I just click randomly between the two. Can''t a person value harmonious relationships AND logical consistency?? Why are those two things opposed? Can''t you think that kids should be BOTH imaginative AND contribute?

I''m an idealist. fits me perfectly to be honest.

I''m a guardian.

I''m an INTJ, the "mastermind" as the Keirsey test puts it. It''s also called the scientist sometimes. DH is an ENFP. We were talking last night about how I am only attracted to tall, skinny, dark-haired ENFPs.

We match well, as he draws me out of my shell and I help keep everything organized. The area I need to remember to work on is making sure that as T, I don''t overlook the feelings of the F.

I''m a Guardian. That''s interesting. The last M-B I took had me as an INFJ. I guess that being a counselor for so many years has changed my way of looking at the world--and that''s not really a surprise.
