What kind of dog do you have?

I loooove seeing pics of everyone''s doggies! It makes me wish I could have several more, but these two are enough for our tiny home!

The cocker is Tinker Toy (or Ch. Toybox Tinker Toy, if you ask my mother, who breeds and shows cockers) and I fell in love with her when she was 2 weeks old. She will be 7 this summer.

The boxer is Autumn. I brought her home last summer when my boss said she needed to find a new home for her dog. My BF always wanted a boxer, so we gave her a try -- and almost gave her back two days later! She''s crazy, especailly since she spent a lot of time in her crate for the first year of her life because my boss didn''t really have time to take care of her. She''s super smart however, so she''s getting some training now.

The first few weeks/months Tinker couldn''t stand her -- they fought all the time (Tinker won!). Then it got cold....and guess who likes to snuggle!

The picture i''ve attached here is of Yash when he was about 8 weeks.

Shasha, what a beautiful GSD. I used to have a male and a female (and was a member of GSDCA too). Sadly they both died in 1994 (within 3 weeks of each other). Tessie was 13, while Macho was only 9. I think he died of a broken heart after losing his playmate.

This is the 2nd love of my life.......my boy, Nicky. 4-yo Tri-color Sheltie. This was him playing in the snow this year during our 3-ft snowstorm!

This thread is right up my alley! I currently have own two Chihuahuas, show two others, and have one on lease as a brood bitch! Unfortunately, I only have pictures of 3 of them on my work computer so bare with me while I try to attach it!

Oh my ...beautifuldisaster......how did I miss mentioning Mr.Pete. He is just special. It brought a tear to my eye to see him as he reminds me of my last and only dog. Give him an extra pat/stroke/treat for me please.

Thanks cflutist!! Yash is my 2nd GSD. At his current age of 5 months, he already protective and alert. His puppy obedience classes start next month. It heart breaking when a family pet dies. You''ll miss them dearly. What kind of bred do you have now, cflutist?

Mara - Portia is sooooo adorable. I wanted a Highland Terrier but hubby had advised me against it. They won''t do well humid weather.

My dog is a Chihuahua - Doberman mix. We got him when he was about 3 yrs old. Now he is around 8 years old. He was abandoned as a puppy and thrown in someone''s fenced front yard on a busy street. She kept him for 3 years then gave him to us because her boyfriend was allergic and was moving in with her. We love him to death. He acts like a Dobie but is the size of an large Chihuahua.

Anyone out there have Maltese pictures or even Maltese mixes? My friend has a Matepoo (Maltese/Toy Poodle) mix and I could eat that puppy he is SO CUTE! PICTURES!!!
