What kind of wedding band will go with my pear e-ring?? Help

Hello,

My e-ring has a curved shape to it with pave diamonds on the side so I'm having trouble thinking of a suitable wedding band that would go well with it. Any thoughts?

I'd really appreciate your comments and thoughts! Anything that would work with it, or just wear my wedding band on the right hand?

Pretty ring! I wouldn't wear a band on the same hand with your ER because of the split shank. It holds its own very well. I would wear the WB on your other hand. It just doesn't seem as if there is a lot of room for a WB on the same finger as your ER and it wouldn't look as good as if it was on its own IMO.

I agree with missy! Your engagement ring looks perfect on its own. I would wear the wedding band on the right hand.

If you really wanted to wear a band on your left hand you could maybe have two custom made ones (one on each side) that curve, maybe in a similar pave style? although maybe that wouldn't work because the pave on each of the shanks of the ering kinda curves down..

Im having the same problem trying to find a band for my e-ring as well (it is a tripple shank..sigh).. I think I will get a super-fab blingy band to wear on my right hand and just leave the ering as a stand alone.

I wouldn't wear one with it. I don't wear one with mine and I am never mistaken for unmarried.

As a pear girl too, I know that's the danger (if you can call it that!) in wearing a pear shaped stone. It's hard to bump a wedding up to it flush unless you do something old fashioned like my original wedding set, which is channel set. I don't wear that ring much anymore because it's yellow gold, so I'm going to have it reset this year. It will be reset into a Daussi split shank setting and I'll have one small wedding band made to coordinate, but it won't sit flush with the e-ring, which I'm liking since I had a three ring flush set for nearly twenty yrs. Just a suggestion, but I'd buy myself or make myself a five stone band or an eternity for my right hand if you don't want to have a coordinating ring made..

The ring is so stunning, the diamond in middle is sparkling!! Wear it alone is a better choice, glad that you get those good advice. Congrats on the incoming wedding!!

No not yet, I just only got the ring a few days ago so haven't had time to go in and try any on together. Before this though the only one I was considering was something like this from Tiffanys with more of a light curve but I still don't think it will 'flow' with something just on one side, like someone had mentioned.

I think I agree with you, it also gives me the freedom to get something completely different for the other hand, without having to have something similar. I also want to maybe have something quite simple that I won't be afraid to wear out any time incase I leave my ER at home...
