Whats for dinner?

Pot roast, Caesar salad and green beans. Yum!


Sunday nights the roommates and I all make dinner together and make sure we have a ''real'' meal.

We did this in college too!!! ''Roommate night'' was always so fun! We did it on Thursdays and watched Friends back when they were new episodes.


We''re having grilled Salmon, corn on the cob and mashed potatoes.

It is fun! We usually watch Desperate Housewives together after dinner, but it wasn''t on this week! I miss new Friends episodes!!

You guys are making me hungry! Sadly, I haven''t had time to cook this weekend. The pulled pork and roast with ceasar salad sound really good though!

Last night - Sausages with onion and tomato sauce with a salad and mashed sweet potato with a little dollop of sour cream. I was feeling really lazy - tonight no idea though pulled pork sounds awesome never ever had that before.

We had roast turkey tenderloin with onion and garlic and gravy (chicken stock/white wine) and rice pilaf (added onion and cilantro). It was YUM.

Tonight, because we have ten new inches of snow on the ground, it''s homemade chicken vegetable soup!

I missed this post last night but my dinner was so good I had to share a day late:
Cube steak and mushroom/onion gravy
Homemade mashed potatoes
Green beans in beef broth
Shoepeg white corn in butter sauce
All this was low-calorie and non-fat, of course...

Funny you posted this, Strm, I have considered posting pics of the chicken cheese subs that DH and I make. They always look like a restaurant ad when we''re finished....and DH even took a pic with his cell phone and took it to work one time...LOL
