He actually wrote this to me "You new gift is looking at you ... ...ooh wah ooh wah ooh wah......"hello [Harriet]"!

OK, that thing you originally posted really IS creepy. In fact, I''m feeling a bit sick...

The second one isn''t?

Nice. A big drip of blood. Will DF be buying you that one for a wedding present instead?

Who knows? Now''s your turn to dig up scary gems.

I agree. It''s a bit disturbing for some reason. Not sure why, I mean it''s just a bunch of minerals right?

Which one?

That second one looks JUST like the sheeps eyeballs my 6th graders are dissecting in school next week.....

Eew.

I think it''s quite interesting - in some countries they make ''blue eye jewelry'' that is supposed to ward off evil, and it''s usually a glass bead that has a black dot in it - this one comes ready made!!!

This one''s pink. What if it is the evil eye?

They''re called ''blue eye'' or ''evil eye'' but come in all colors. Maybe if it were RED it''d be evil...LOL.

How scary!

I''ve had people give me some of those FG. They''re okay. Not as bad as the two Harriet posted at all.

We have some small wallhangings Gypsy, but not any jewelry. Definitely looks better than that original stone.

I have one wallhanging and one bracelet. I don''t wear the bracelet, but the wall hanging was up in our NJ house... here, it''s probably in storage....somewhere. I actually kind of like them. Of course, I''m a little superstitious so that''s probably got something to do with it.

The Eye is gone. Someone (not me) bought it!

Really?! I wonder who it was... I hope she will fess up if it''s one of us.

My guy has one of those evil-eye-warder-offer-thingies. His sister gave it to him when he left for America. Phew. You can never have too much evil eye protection in a foreign land. That''s what I always say.

Actually, I have no idea what the ''evil eye'' is so I probably shouldn''t be joking about it. Does anyone know?

Neither do I, but it sounds like something I''d wanna ward off.
