Yes, I love that type of three stone. The diamond looks lovely! How long had your wife had the K you traded? Musn''t have been long since the cert was dec 09. Just curious. ETA Just read back and see that you graded your current diamond prior to the trade. Good choice.

Who is making your setting? Looks like Leon.
The name of the man doing the setting was given to my wife and she has forgotten his name.... :-) He did J-Lo''s and Alex Rodriguez''s wife''s ring. Just 2 of the names that were dropped.

The former ring was in my wife''s family and I bought it from her mother in 1995, to give to her daugther. Being 3.69 cwt, I never thought I would be buying something so large or expensive. But, my business has been good and she deserves it for putting up with me....

I think I will start another thread since this one is now completely diferent than the title.

Should I start it in the one about showing your ring? or keep it in this section?

Wow! That is stunning...I cant wait for the reset and some hand shots!

YES! Get yourself over to Show Me The Ring and post as many pictures as you can possibly find! I love your stone and I''m excited to see it in its new setting (not that the old one is too shabby). May I ask where the stone came from? It''s outrageously beautiful!

Also, I have started a thread about my search for the 5.0 Cwt Diamond over in SMTR (Show Me The Ring) for those that want to follow the process.

Not even close. Look at those prongs. That is not Mege. There are a lot of imitator''s but only one Leon.

The setting in gone. The stone was in that setting and we were told we could have it, if we wished.

Wife hates it and she picked out a setting very similar to the one she presently is wearing. It is shown in some other posts of mine.

Will have the finished product end of next week or beginning of the next.
