When do most online retailers update their inventory? Is it a Monday morning thing for the most part or is each one adding throughout the week with no visible change at certain times?

WF every 6 weeks.

GOG on a continuous basis. They have several suppliers, so if they don''t have what you''re looking for, give them a call and they''ll look for it.
