Yeah, me too. I''m so excited. I think I mentioned it before, but the hotel pool is the one from when a man loves a woman. Way before i planned a wedding I said I want to go to a resort like that, then after we decided on the hotel, we found out it was from the movie. Silly coincidence, but it makes me all the more thrilled with our choice!

jcrow--They included basics like coffee/tea/water/fruit juices,pop at lunch etc. If you wanted alcholic beverages you had to buy them from the bar except at lunch when you could get a lot of rum punches (highly recommend!). We actually bought some rum on our stop in Barbados and used fruit juice to mix our own cocktails. We also brought some champaign/wine that people had given us. The staff brings you a cooler with ice cubes in it every day. We asked for a 2nd one to keep our stuff cold.

The bar prices were not too bad...probably $5-6 for a drink like a pina colada. They add them to your bill at the end.

IslandDreams -after reading about PSV, I sent the info to my FI...this island sounds exactly what we were looking for!

But can you please elaborate some more regarding the drinks and snacks, etc? I understand that alcohol is not included and I can bring my own bottles from home. But are the non-alcoholic drinks included in the price ALL day or only during the meals? What about snacks? If we get hungry inbetween meals, do they provide a menu and will we have to pay extra for them?

Also did you bump into any other guest while exploring/swimming/suntanning? My FI and I really would love the fact not bumping into anyone...especially at the beach.

We went to NYC for our honeymoon and it was awesome! We can''t wait to go back!

If you''re not too much into heat and humidity (just like myself), might I recommend Whistler, B.C.? With your budget you could stay at the most luxurious hotel for two weeks, and enjoy skiing, hiking, sightseeing, or you could simply laze around and enjoy the temperate weather. Also, there''s always a ton of events going on in the Village...the heart of Whitsler where all the shops/restaurants/theatres are. You could also make a trip to Vancouver! Trust me...it''s very beautiful here Essentially, you could be skiing during the morning and tanning on the beach in the afternoon the same day!

We did not have time to go this year.. so next March we are going to London, Scotland, Ireland and maybe scoot over to Europe for a bit. We are going for 2 weeks.

We *hope* to take a 12-14 day Mediterranean cruise (Italy, Spain, Greece). We found one that leaves from London, so hopefully, we'd fly into London 3 or 4 days early and explore the city.
