Where can I find a heavy Palladium band?

I''m looking for a heavy domed comfort fit palladium band, something 2-2.2 mm in height off my finger and the same width. I either can''t find where a height is listed on sites or like at e-wedding bands, it''s 1.75 mm high. Can anyone tell me where to find one?
