Where Do I Find This Setting?

Hello Helpful Pricescopers!

My friend has an heirloom stone he would like to set in a setting similar the picture I''ve attached. The problem is that the jeweler he has spoken to in the area (Knox Jewelers) requires you to buy the stone from them as well, and won''t just sell him the setting. I''ve looked on Whiteflash and GOG for something similar, but haven''t found it. Does anyone have any recommendations where he can find a similar setting? Should he look for a local independent jewelers who could make it custom? I think he would like to do it locally (Twin Cities) but is probably open to sending it to a vendor too.

Mark Morrell also makes that mounting in platinum. If you scroll down to almost the bottom of his homepage, it''s says that it''s not an item in his regular inventory, but it can be ordered and made.
