Where does one find a wedding band like Clotilde Courau's?

My brother is looking for a diamond band for his future Mrs.
While he's okay with the idea of a stunning round diamond eternity band, the style with the highest votes is a heart-shaped diamond eternity band like Clotilde Courau's engagement ring, with the diamonds on their sides:

Problem is that it's been hard to track down where to find such a ring? How much would a ring like that run?

The ruby and diamond band is Clotilde's engagement ring, her wedding band is the D side by Damiani.
Also Clotilde's e-ring was made by Damiani, but I think you can't find a similar one in their boutiques because I guess it was a special order... you can ask to your jeweller to draw inspiration from Clotilde's e-ring.
