I''m not 100% sure but I think Mark T at engagementringsdirect can get in Jeff Cooper settings.

Pearlman''s has this one in their Closeout section. You could also call them and see if they can still get in Jeff Cooper settings. Either of of them should be able to give you fair pricing on them.
