Where to buy sapphire pairs?

Hi all - does anyone have any advice/suggestions on buying a pair of sapphires (for earrings)? I am looking for something with a great cut (wife already has a j.White engagement ring) and mid/light color, but so far have not had any luck with my searches. I am open to maybe having something re-cut and/or custom settings. Thanks!

What shape, color, and size are you looking for? Are you fine with heat treatment?
