I had Sally at Heart of Water Jewels set an oval east-west for me in the lotus setting, it was only around $500, maybe she could make something for you?

That lanbo setting is a copy of a stock setting I have. (attached, sorry for the dry hands, we were fishing) Not sure what company makes it tho. A private ebay seller had that ring made by her jeweler, and she acted like a middle person between me and her jeweler since I already had a marquise and only wanted a setting. If you want, I can ask her if she'd mind if you contact her. I dont have a profile shot on my phone, but I'll try to take one tonight. It has a row of tiny bezeled diamonds instead of the blob of metal across the sides!

sounds beautiful. I probably want to go less expensive than that as I want to try out & see how I like living with an e/w marquise before I do a nicer setting. Your hands are beautiful, btw.
