Indeed I did! It was unfortunately the only one of the 4 my jeweler could get their hands on and was in Antwerpen, the others were reserved for the American market. Not sure what was up with that but considering they opened up a trade account with CBI specifically on my request (which took multiple weeks/months) I´m not going to be too picky neither (not that I have personal preferences anyways so any would do). If you look at my post history you´ll find a long thread with info about my journey when I bought their subpar inhouse diamond so I was lucky (or persuasive enough) to convince them to do business with Infinity Diamonds directly.
Hello @Aimyr , our vetting process for new accounts does take time. Some of this revolves around KYC and anti-money-laundering regulations specific to diamond-businesses in Antwerp. In this case, our Antwerp team was moved by your jeweler's desire to serve you, even lacking a formal relationship with our company. Given the situation, it was only practical to offer inventory that had not been exported out of Europe.
If the relationship goes further, it will open transit/insurance channels for diamonds in USA to come to your country. In this case, there was an enthusiastic desire to serve you - cheers to your jeweler - and our organization worked together to make that possible.
Live long,
