The green sapphire on that page is ineed darker than most I''ve seen, but I obviously wasn''t sure about the green you''re after. It shows that you''re more into a green with a dark tone, but weaker saturation, and seems like most of us thought you''d like some rich, emerald green. HERE''s a link that can teach you some bits about color, and how to judge it in gemstones. It also explains why are some shades more valuable than others and what you should stay away from (unless you really love it). The link also explains other quality factors about gems so you''ll probably find it really useful.
Regarding concave cuts, try to find some videos on youtube or somewhere, if you only saw them in photos so far. You have to see how each cutting style handles light (one more shines and glows, while the other, traditional, has the light "dancing" inside), in order to be able to choose what you like best.
