If she has been vague about it other than "diamond shank" then go with your gut. But don't bank on a return policy. I'd bet like most woman once she finally gets it she won't want to send it away! For me I like the sleek like an I like the tapering up to the shank. It draws more attention to the stone as well at makes it a little more safe to knocks and such. Something about the harmony just seems " risky" just jutting out from seemingly nowhere. But I guess most solitaires do tht so I don't know what about the look of the harmony gives me that feeling.

Like I said just go with your gut :)

I know I posted him that one, but didnt get a response about it. I really thats a good idea though!

Definitely the sleek line. It looks complete to me - the other looks unfinished for some reason. I guess it's seeing the cathedral lines of the second one, and then not having any in the first. It looks naked.

This one! This one!

I didn't realize you posted a new thread, but I think I told you on the other one that I strongly prefer the Legato Sleek Line Pave over the other one. Incidentally, it is not channel set, it is bead set. And the tiny doughnut will make a very tiny, insignificant gap which I think is good because then the two rings don't look like one fat band. I can't imagine her wanting to return this one. I do not like the head on the stock Harmony. If you get that one, even with the head custom made, you will definitely need to also get the matching band because that shank and head are low.

Ok...I can't take this anymore, I need to make a decision!

So, from nielseel's suggestion..I'm thinking about the regular, unmodified harmony or the Fishtail pave with Novela head from BGD
Is there a difference in quality between Whiteflash and BGD?? Are Whiteflash settings better quality?

I kinda like the prongs on the Harmony a bit better...on the BGD they look a bit thicker and more aggressive, compared to the Harmony. Is this even an issue or am I over analyzing this?

I prefer the integrated head of the Novella over the peg of the standard Harmony. So that would be my choice. If you modified the Harmony, then it might have an edge. But you want a return policy so ... Novella it is for me.

Both companies have reputations for excellent work. I would say they are even there.

Do you have a diamond? Because I would get both from the same vendor. Compare the diamond prices before deciding.
