Yeah! How cool is that?? I do see it. wow... It's like playing that game on the back pages of People. What is the difference between these two pictures? I can see it now. Maybe that is why this is NOT an ACA? So all of the hearts have to be exactly the same, and I guess that would go for the arrows too. So those arrows are good enough?

For sure, I have a few ES & PS stones that just miss ACA for nitpicky reasons. A stone can have the H&A pattern, but one tiny flaw in that pattern downgrades it. And lowes the price. :appl: :appl: It also reminds me of just how perfect my ACA stones are.

Just a note since the subject of qualifications for Expert Selection was raised, and how our ES category compares and contrasts to our A CUT ABOVE super ideal brand:

Andelain is correct above, as is Dancing Fire in posting the alternate link with the small heart. The ES category is comparable to what others in the industry market as Ideal H&A. Rounds in our ES category must have Triple Ideal from AGS or Triple EX from GIA and display distinct hearts and arrows patterning with a level of optical precision within the tolerances offered by credible companies in the market who are posting their hearts and arrows images.

By contrast, our A CUT ABOVE brand must also comply with a number of additional qualifications and specifications including the very strict H&A patterning requirement as published on our site. You can find all the details here:

You will find that many ES diamond do have "true H&A" but may have missed one of the other many requirements for ACA by the narrowest margin. And, you may find that an ES diamond otherwise makes all of the qualifications for ACA and has distinct hearts and arrows, but a slight variation in the pattern keeps it from making our super ideal brand.

Only by being uncompromising on the requirements of ACA can we ensure that it is the most consistently dependable super ideal diamond available. And that means bumping some diamonds that are truly remarkable performers 'down" to ES.

Hi TL, thanks for the input and details. Great to know. And congratulations on that awesome award that WF won. So well deserved. As you probably read, I did end up sticking with you guys to get the match to my existing stone even though I returned the pair. I can't wait to see it. Liza and Vera are awesome to work with. I'll definitely come back with pics when I get my earrings (hopefully soon!!).
